Primary purpose:
As a member of the Executive Team reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) spearheads the growth strategy for the organization by developing and executing our sales, marketing, and account-management activities. The CGO collaborates closely with the leadership team to optimize growth and client-success strategies. The CGO also oversees Lantana's marketing and proposal-management teams, and ensures right-sized resourcing and processes with a vision for scaling those functions to meet anticipated growth targets. This position requires a hands-on, self-motivated, experienced individual with established relationships with clients and partners working at or with Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies, preferably the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
