    Description

    You will support the customer to ensure on-going quality excellence and act as a pivotal point between Operations, Engineering, and the Customer. Aid in root cause analysis and resolution for quality and customer issues. You will provide a first point of contact for the Customer and to act as the Voice of the Customer within the Company. You will also collect and present key data to drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and Quality Improvement tools

    Responsibilities

    • Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
    • Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection
    • Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
    • Participate in internal and external quality audits

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
    • Must be an expert in the Root Cause and Problem Solving Process, and familiar with standard Quality Problem Solving Tools (8D, DMAIC, A3, Fishbone, 5-Why, etc.)
    • 4+ years' of industry experience
    • Experience with ISO 9000:2015 or IATF Standards, Internal and 3rd party audits
    • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
