Under the supervision of the Patient Experience Leadership Team (Supervisor, Manager, and Director), the Communications Clerk manages incoming calls transfers them to appropriate departments provides requested services promptly courteously activates codes dispatches emergency teams in accordance with protocol operates various telecommunications systems maintains on-call schedules ensuring seamless effective communication within hospital.

- Provides paging services for physicians designated personnel per protocol.
- Delivers urgent medical messages to physicians residents patients promptly.
