- Handle customer inquiries for sales appointments. Transition customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal vehicle. .
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Provide customers with detail product information to educate customers with questions regarding vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales, service and dealership management.
- Utilize sales software system daily.
- Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
- Bilingual in Spanish, a plus
- Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquiries via phone and internet.
- Identify customer needs and generate leads to drive revenue
- Set appointment for customer visits
- Follow up with customer after their visit
- At least one previous role based in sales and service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
