    Support customers regarding product troubleshooting and repair. Research, document and report technical issues. Research, document and report user applications of products. Communicate with colleagues in product management and training departments regarding product issues. Identify opportunities to improve communication with customers. Provide executive level reports on technical issues in assigned product groups. Monitor progress in resolving reported technical issues and escalate as necessary. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
    Specifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 2+ years of real-world technician experience repairing mechanical or electronic systems. Preferably in a business sector similar to the outdoor power equipment industry. This is a must for success. Advanced understanding of operation and repair of small engines and electric power tools.
