- The Office Coordinator coordinates patient and provider scheduling, supervises clerical staff,
- Enter provider schedules in Cerner including office visits, consults, procedures, vacation days,
- Monitor each provider's schedule on a daily/weekly basis to maintain a full and productive
- Enter EMG appointments and maintain EMG wait list.
- Approve Kronos payroll for clerical staff.
- Schedule office visits and procedures.
- Triage phone calls to appropriate areas.
- Ensure front desk has change for petty cash drawer.
- Work closely with Revenue Integrity and CBO staff to ensue proper reimbursement is received in
