    Position: Recruiter

    Duration: 06+ Months contract with possible extension

    Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402 REMOTE – Ability to come on-site during the training period

    Shift Timing: Mon to Fri - 8:00 AM -5:00 PM (Eastern Zone)

    Working Hours: 08 Hours a day / 40 Hours a week

    Education


    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.

    Experience


    • 3 years - Experience in Human Resources required.

    Skills\Certifications


    • Must be detailed oriented, deal well with ambiguity, demonstrate strong strategic thinking and creativity skills, be an effective communicator with both internal and external partners/customers.


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)


    • Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced environment


    • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects


    • Excellent oral and written communication skills


    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment with full life cycle recruitment.

    Strong attention to detail

    Responsibilities:

    Job Responsibilities


    • Assisting in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.


    • Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends.


    • Providing recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions. Managing internal and external recruiting sources and extending offers once a candidate is selected.


    • Coordinating all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.
