    Position Purpose: Oversee and lead work to develop and manage Ambetter networks, both state-specific and national, partnering with local and corporate teams to drive solutions and innovation. The muti-faceted role will focus on leading and supporting priority initiatives encompassing network strategy, development, management/refinement, risk mitigation, and providing ongoing network analysis and insight to create fact-based solutions. Educate, advise, and collaborate with corporate and Health Plan partners on actions to create strong networks while mitigating risks.

    • Responsible for managing ongoing market dynamics focused on provider needs, and product knowledge
    • translation of corporate/network/product goals into tactics, and performance toward those goals
    • Ensure critical business issues and strategies are addressed in network decisions; working and influencing, cross-functionally focused, on communication, collaboration, and organization.
    • Collaboration with Product Owners on value proposition development, creating compelling and unique targeted provider "selling points" to rationalize provider participation/pricing
    • Provide regular awareness, education and performance insights to inform changes in provider/network landscape
    • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to the creation and execution of network strategic plan, incorporating provider market analysis, and positioning
    • Utilize expertise in data analysis and insights to drive informed decisions well as effectively communicating trends
    • Communicate, advise, and guide stakeholders on emerging trends, areas of strength or risk, and actions to mitigate risk. Engage Health Plan partners to address risk
    • Enable data-driven decision making through the delivery of insightful business reporting
    • Develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers across the organization in addition to driving high levels of engagement
    • Effectively build, lead, and mentor a high performing team to consistently deliver quality work product that supports both operational and strategic decision-making
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Complies with all policies and standards

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 5 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 8 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting
    • Experience leading and mentoring staff
    • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
    • Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization
    • Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive impactful changes
    • Adeptness in navigating ambiguity and demonstrating agility in a fast-paced environment
    • Expertise in portfolio, program, and project management and demonstrated proficiency providing program management and analytical support on research and development
    • Capable of quickly familiarizing oneself with programmatic policies, procedures, processes, and mission needs to assist with the execution of tasks
    • Excellent collaboration and presentation skills. Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities. Experience with presentation graphics and/or spreadsheet tools

    Pay Range: $84, $151,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
