    About the JobAs a Product Marketing Manager, you will ensure the voice of customer permeates our product roadmap and outbound marketing.

    Responsible for both inbound and outbound activities, you will closely partner with product managers to support the product roadmap, lead GTM plans for key features and ensure the adoption of our current offerings.

    You will craft compelling positioning and messaging, identify key audience segments, and lead customer research to understand their needs deeply.

    The US-based salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000.

    We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.


    What Youll DoStrategic Launch Planning:
    Lead the strategic planning for new feature launches including briefing of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with Life360's mission, member needs and marketing priorities

    Feature Adoption :
    Drive feature adoption among our customers by leading the development and execution of insight-driven marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective engagement strategies

    Positioning & Messaging:
    Craft compelling positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of our features. Ensure messaging resonates with our core audience segments and aligns with Life360's brand voice.


    Customer Research:

    Become an expert on our target users, understanding their needs, behaviors, and how to enhance their experience with Life360.

    In close collaboration with Product Managers, you'll translate user insights into actionable strategies that shape feature development and marketing approaches

    X-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, Lifecycle Marketing and Customer Care, to ensure successful feature launches and retention efforts meet our KPIs

    Performance Analysis and Growth Mindset:

    Collaborate with Analytics and cross-functional marketing teams to analyze key product marketing initiatives, adopting a test-and-learn approach to optimize future strategies.

    Leverage insights for continuous improvement and contribute actionable user feedback to key stakeholders.

    What Were Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing app or technology company.

    Proven track record of successfully bringing new products or features to market.
    Strong understanding of customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging strategies.
    Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
    Experience conducting customer research and translating findings into actionable strategies.
    Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
    Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
    Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
