    Department Liaison *Remote

    One Revenue Cycle (ORC) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in revenue cycle systems and structures in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California.

    ORC's objective is to ensure our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, is enhanced along with the overall patient care experience (know me, care for me, ease my way) by delivering a robust foundation of services, operational and technical support, and the sharing of comprehensive, relevant, and highly specialized revenue cycle expertise.


    This position serves as the primary billing office contact to discuss and resolve issues with charging departments in the ministries, HIM, and physician offices (customers).

    This position will also serve as a resource for AR Specialists when issues need to be escalated that involve resolution with customers.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2 years Overall experience in a large and complex acute care setting, knowledge of billing requirements and experience with the various system applications needed to perform the duties of the position.
    • Key experience highlights must include:
    • Demonstrated knowledge of claims billing including Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Coursework/Training College coursework.
