Working directly with our VP of Finance , your role is critical in our day-to-day accounting operations.

You will have exposure to nearly all financial activities, owning a large part of our month-end close processes, and assisting in executive and board level financial reporting .

You'll also play a key role in our annual audit and tax preparation processes, and help us evolve our accounting policies and procedures as we scale rapidly.

More importantly, you will play a key role in scaling our accounting and finance practices for IPO readiness How you will make an impact:

Manage a significant portion of our month-end close activities, including areas of revenue recognition, expense accruals, intercompany transactions and departmental allocationsPerform account reconciliations, flux analysis and monitor irregularities for day to day accounting operations using AI enabled close management toolsReview work performed by junior accountantsAssist in preparation of executive and board level financial reporting on a monthly basis.

Perform treasury functions such as preparing batch contractor payments, tax payments and cross border intercompany settlementsManage a significant portion of our annual financial auditAct as a key player in annual tax preparation in collaboration with external advisorsReview and improve our various standard operating procedures for accounting operationsDrive ongoing process automation and system implementations for accounting operationsCoach, mentor and advise the junior team membersIdeal profile:

Bachelors degree in Accounting5+ years of relevant accounting experience - a mix of public practice and industry is preferredStrong attention to detailStrong oral and written communicationKnowledge of technical accounting topics including ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC preferred)Experience with Netsuite (preferred)Experience with IPO readiness (preferred)Jerry is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
