    You will be
    responsible for leading a large program-level end-to-end testing project for a complex initiative. This role involves coordinating all aspects of testing across different workstreams and engaging with multiple systems.

    Core Skills:
    Design and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex software applications.
    Understand and implement best practices for test data management.
    Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
    Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment.

    Manage and lead end-to-end system integration testing (SIT), load, performance and regression testing of a complex enterprise software development project using Agile methodology.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    Effectively interact with stakeholders across all levels, including test leads, developers, product managers, and system leads.
    Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and meet project objectives.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Generate detailed status reports to notify upper management on risks, progress, plans, issues, mitigation strategies, and key testing metrics (e.g., test case coverage, defect resolution rates).

    Possess strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional testing, non-functional testing, and automation frameworks.
    Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenide, Feign etc) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
    Retail industry experience is a plus
