Job Summary:
The Community Mortgage Loan Officer identifies develops maintains quality network of community-based organizations Realtors local state/government agencies that serves as recurring source referrals new mortgage lending opportunities emphasizing Community Reinvestment Act CRA Low-and Moderate-Income LMI Multicultural First Time Homebuyer customer segments.Responsibilities:
- Takes residential mortgage loan applications communicates underwriting decisions including offers counter offers residential mortgage products
- Increases mortgage loan volume focusing CRA low-and moderate-income multicultural borrowers effective selling Bank’s products programs Researches organizations agencies assigned geographic area focused providing services low moderate income persons communities Establishes direct outreach efforts relationships nonprofit organizations realtors state local housing offices community-based affordable housing organizations generate increase CRA mortgage opportunities
