    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    Responsibilities / Description:

    The Enterprise Architect (EA) is responsible for applying practical design principles and communicating complex and detailed information with business and information technology (IT) professionals across the EA aligns business strategies to IT strategies through an Enterprise Architecture framework, such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) of FEAF (Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework).

    The EA will map business processes and other business-centric artifacts with Enterprise Architecture domains:
    Business, Application, Information, and Technology.
    The EA will establish maturity models, roadmaps, gap analyses and sustainability models of current and future state system architectures.

    The EA will analyze, plan, design, provide leadership to IT projects, and implement State Information Systems, emphasizing reusing business processes and information technology solutions within and outside State environments.

    The EA will contribute to IT standards development and documentation.

    The primary focus of this EA is related to state Health and Human Services Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) activities however circumstances may dictate some time spent for other critical business needs as identified and approved by the Agency The EA will be providing architectural views that help communicate the complexity of large systems and facilitate the management of extensive, complex environments.

    The EA will be improving consistency, accuracy, timeliness, integrity, quality, availability, access, and sharing of IT-managed information across the State enterprise.
