- Leading a working project team meeting schedules and holding within budgets
- Overseeing project scope and evaluations of the project
- Designing and implementing process control strategies
- Involved in the implementation of control strategy configurations within DeltaV (DCS) systems
- Troubleshooting different systems hardware, software and networks
- Writing design documentation for process control applications
- Creating and generating project scope estimates
- Start up commissioning activities at different customer sites
- Previous background and experience with Emerson Legacy Control Systems or PLC
- Ideally experienced with the DeltaV Distributed Control Systems
- Strong understanding of regulating and validating different systems
- Previous industry experience from a manufacturing environment

We are working exclusively with an Emerson Impact Partner who are covering the East Coast providing industry leading process equipment and process control, automation, safety and reliability.
They are hiring for a DeltaV Lifecycle Engineer in Durham, North Carolina. You will be leading the design, development and implementation of their customers automation systems. Your primary focus will be to deliver the solutions and services to customers using the technology powered by DeltaV. You will work and liase closely with the projects team to ensure projects are delivered in budget and within schedule.
