- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 10 plus years experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on collaborative teamwork at all levels.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering principles and operational optimization.
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills used to create and evaluate options and choose the best solution.
- Ability to travel up to 25% on annual basis
- Experience in Metals Manufacturing Required (foundry operations a plus).

This is a newly created role in the company that will be responsible for building from the ground up a team of 10 Manufacturers working across several global manufacturing sites (mostly North America). The focus of the role will be to assess and implement manufacturing process efficiency across several Foundry and Fabrication sites across North America. This role will involve travel up to 25% specifically to develop the manufacturing engineers at these various locations.
