    In this role, you play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of commercial and industrial electrical projects.

    Working closely with the Project Manager, you oversee every aspect of the assigned scope, from managing materials, tools, and equipment to supervising our dedicated workforce.

    Leveraging technologies such as company iPads and smartphones, you streamline daily operations, monitoring time entries, production, and material orders with precision.

    Regularly overseeing a crew ranging from 15 to 75 skilled individuals, you also take the lead in various reporting tasks, facilitate safety meetings, conduct job briefings, and maintain vigilant control over project expenses and schedules.

    Thorough understanding of current NEC and NFPA-70E codes, as well as construction safety regulations
    Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician's license
    Competency in interpreting contract drawings, specifications, and BIM models, ensuring seamless coordination among various trades for installations
    Proficiency in the submittal process, with the ability to communicate necessary changes to the project manager for on-site installations
    Familiarity with contract schedules and documents, adept at flagging issues that may impact installations, and skilled in interpreting field changes for communication with the project manager
    Advanced expertise in diverse electrical installations, encompassing fire alarms, lighting control, switchgear, transformers, medium voltage systems, site infrastructure, and groundwork
    Effective communication skills for engaging in meetings with general contractors, project managers, and engineers, particularly in discussions regarding project progress
    Collaborative approach in working closely with project managers, general contractors, and owners, aiming to foster a harmonious work environment and ensure project success
    Proficient conflict resolution abilities to address and resolve complaints and grievances as they
