    Blue Chip Talent is currently looking for a Facilities Workplace Technician. Candidates should have 2 years working in a manufacturing/facilities environment. They will be doing basic maintenance on manufacturing machines or facilities maintenance.

    All candidates must be on our W2 with no restrictions. No 3rd party vendors or C2C is allowed for this role.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Responsibilities:

    • directly with test and development staff and stakeholders to assist in workshop organization, maintenance, and workflow
    • ongoing maintenance and repair work on workspace mechanical, minor electrical, and other installed equipment and appliances.
    • up/replace/relocate workspaces, equipment, vehicles, and parts
    • a high level of communication with workshop staff and consistently display professionalism in the workplace
    • with procurement and local transportation of parts, consumables, deliverables etc.
    • and maintain accurate records and official documentation for the site
    • team projects

    This is what you'll need:

    • driving record and valid license
    • 2 years of facility and/or office maintenance or organizational experience
    • management experience a plus
    • positive attitude, honest, customer-oriented
    • experience with automotive systems and parts
    • to detail
    • to lift 50+ pounds
    • with power tools and building equipment
