- Provide care for antepartum, laboring, and post-delivery/recovery patients.
- Assist with high-risk deliveries and perform various medical procedures including sterile exams and fetal monitoring.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapies as required.
- Support lactation and breastfeeding initiatives for new mothers.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.
- Minimum of 3 years of Labor and Delivery experience required.
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications are mandatory.
- Charge experience preferred.
- Current Compact RN license is required.
- Experience with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) is necessary.
