Overview
Community First Solutions is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our Health Services Team at our Sycamore Glen campuses for AM shifts.
Our nurses and nurse managers are committed to promoting residents' well-being through a collaborative, compassionate approach to care, focused on best practices and quality outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
Higher wage scale
LPNs may earn up to $32/hour (based on license)
RNs may earn up to $37/hour (based on license)

Schedule
12-hour day shifts (AM): 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
3 days per week
Every other weekend
Every other major holiday

Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and manage resident-driven care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the Medical Director or resident physician
Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RAs and STNAs
Document clinical information in accordance with established policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members
Protect the health and safety of residents
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio with authorization to pass medications
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Previous long-term care/geriatrics experience preferred
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations
Positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
Flexible schedule, including every 3rd weekend and holidays (as needed)
