    The RoleAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP I & II), you will support adults with developmental disabilities in an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH).

    You'll assist with daily living activities, encourage independence, and promote positive behaviors through meaningful engagement.
    Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily routines based on Individual Program PlansAssist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and mealsEncourage positive behaviors through activities (walking, reading, games, learning projects)Provide transportation using company vehicles when neededMaintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDRequired:
    CPR/First Aid, CPI, DSP I & IIRBT certification required within 6 months (training and fast-track support provided)1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs preferredValid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbsBenefitsFull-Time:Medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, and supplemental insurancePTO, 401(k) & Roth optionsDaily Pay (Dayforce Wallet)
