    Description

    Job Opportunity: Immigration Attorney at MCM Law Group, P.C.

    Are you passionate about immigration law and seeking a challenging yet rewarding opportunity? MCM Law Group, P.C. is looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a voluminous case load and representing clients in immigration court, both remotely and in person for bench trials.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage and oversee immigration cases from inception to resolution

    Represent clients in immigration court proceedings

    Conduct legal research and analysis

    Prepare and file legal documents

    Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved

    Collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes for clients

    Requirements:

    Licensed attorney, preferably in the state of California

    Experience handling immigration cases, including bench trials

    Strong advocacy and negotiation skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to work independently and manage a high case load

    Familiarity with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) is a plus
