- Craft engaging presentations summarizing financial results for leadership, including month-end reporting and quarterly board presentations, fostering a deeper understanding of financial performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement within the Finance Department, focusing on areas such as report streamlining, process automation, and leveraging technology for improved communication and data management.
- Continuously explore and implement technological advancements to strengthen FP&A capabilities, ensuring efficient reporting and analytical functions meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial Accounting associates, management, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting and forecasting processes is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling is required.
- Proficiency in utilizing finance tools & systems.
