- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricin
- Prepare conceptual estimate
- Contribute to value engineering studie
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineer
- Solicit bids from Subcontractors, evaluate proposals and communicate with the bidder
- You have 5+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 2 years focused specifically on commercial construction
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Proficiency with estimating software (Timberline or similar), take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff), BIM and MS Office suite
- Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication skills and an ability work well in a team based environment
