    An employer is seeking a remote Aria Orchestrator/ vRO Automation Developer for a direct hire opportunity.

    This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting the organization's virtualization automation and maintenance strategy at an expert level by specifically executing procedures that are standardized, competent, and compliant based on the standards set forth by the organization.

    Technical expertise is required for orchestration of critical systems and functions relative to daily operations and infrastructure support and proper process integration and workflows.

    You will be Working within Agile/Scrum methodology framework, specifically SAFe. Strong organizational, oral, and written skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines. Developed leadership skills to coordinate with stakeholders and enterprise leadership to deliver project requirements on-time with quality

    Key Responsibilities


    • Develop and maintain new and existing vRealize Orchestrator/Aria Automation workflows and actions
    • Develop and implement strategies for managing and supporting the VMWare infrastructure
    • Develop automation scripts that are well-designed and compliant with enterprise standards using JavaScript as the primary language and, depending on best practices and use cases, supplement with other languages such as Python/PowerShell/Terraform
    • Lead efforts for design and implementation of Engineering, Operations, and Architecture of VMware automation technologies
    • Gather and refine specifications and requirements from stakeholders and business leadership to determine technical needs of workflow development with minimal impact to current operations
    • Research and advocate new technologies, designs, and products to maintain a modern infrastructure and add value to the enterprise.
    • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and leadership to facilitate the planning and execution of automation application improvements, and opportunities
    • Understand basic network principles and monitoring solutions to enhance collaboration and team opportunities
    • Maintain CI/CD workflows for automated deployments using tools such as Jenkins and uDeploy
    • Provide solution integration with vendor infrastructure APIs including physical and logical infrastructure devices.
    • Create and maintain documentation related to developed automation processes and procedures
    2 years experience in UCS Director
    highly preferred

    PowerShell and Terraform experience
    5+ years virtualization/ automation experience with vRA/ vRO workflows (vRealize Automation and vRealize Orchestrator)

    Experience with Aria automation workflows

    5+ years JavaScript development

    Strong DevOps background CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins and uDeploy

    Great communication customer facing/ presentation
