    Your role in our mission


    Expert in account domain / 360 view of accountTechnology focusedProvides recommendations on potential threats/risksImplements technical processes to roll out solutions and DevOps pipelinesDelivers ProjectsMember of change advisory board and architecture review boardConsulted on non-routine problems, Level 4 supportsParticipates in escalation callsCan be client facingConducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of moderately complex hosting/configuration tools and methodologiesConducts technical research, testing, evaluation and documentation of routine hosting/configuration tools and methodologiesCoordinates with application developers, managers and customer application experts to ensure that required features and modifications are included in the appropriates releasesProvides high-level analysis and design reviews to other department members to avoid duplication of effort in solving the same application problems with different products.

    Works with third party vendors to develop and/or integrate their applications into company products; ensures that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelines.

    Works with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfactionExperience working with:

    architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAFsoftware systems, applications and network marketstechnical products, vendors, and families of technologies and company hardware and software productsbroad business area and knowledge of competitor products and servicesapplication design principles and product configurationsappropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software to understand product line software and hardware, scheduling software, and other related technologiessoftware development life cycle and client requirementsnetwork and network protocols

    Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnelGood communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and managementWhat we're looking for


    8+ years of application architecture and/or product development experience with knowledge or experience in healthcare or government health and human services (Medicaid)Experience working in technical areas such as Unix, C, .

    Net and PowerbuilderExperience in area of legacy modernizationExperience Integrating industry trends in application architecture and developmentExperienced using tools to create complex architecture diagramsWhat you should expect in this role

    The pay range for this position is $95, $135,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
