    Maintenance Dispatcher at Evergreen Health and Affiliates

    This role serves as the primary liaison for facilities-related service requests and assists in managing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answers and directs calls from the facilities service line to the appropriate contact within the facilities team or dispatches personnel based on immediate needs.
    • Creates and schedules work orders, maintenance calls, and service calls.
    • Monitors and manages our online facilities ticketing system, dispatching and assigning work orders as needed.
    • Provides updates and communication to clients regarding the status of work orders and service calls via the ticketing system, phone or email.
    • Communicates with other departments and establishes positive relationships with key contacts.
    • Keeps our Facilities shared calendar up to date.
    • Creates preventative maintenance work orders.
    • Orders office/kitchen supplies for the facilities department.
    • Serves as backup to Facilities, Maintenance, and Cleaning personnel as needed.

    The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of related experience. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude with strong customer service skills.

    Awareness of and sensitivity to health disparities affecting underserved populations, people living with HIV, and those who use drugs is also essential.
