    Job Description:

With a base salary + commission, a company vehicle and designated territory provided, you'll have the tools and support you need to succeed in this role. Collaborate with our talented sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your client base, and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.     Role and Responsibilities:

    • Proactively seek new sales opportunities with a strong hunter mentality
    • Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals
    • Utilize company-provided vehicle to travel within assigned territory
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions
    • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • Willingness to work in both office and field environments

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in HVAC industry as a technician or installer
    • HVAC schooling and certifications
    • Possession of EPA certifications and/or OSHA certifications
