Job summary
The Assistant Outlet Manager OEM will manage the day to day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Outlets Manager.Direct the day to day operations of the bar operations.
The position requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive analytical work. May require knowledge of policies and procedures and the ability to determine course of action based on these guidelines. Supervision/ management communication skills are required. Requires ability investigate analyze current activities or information make logical conclusions recommendations Ability make occasional decisions which generally guided established policy procedures Knowledge hotel operations including marketing plans security safety programs personnel labor relations preparation business plans repairs maintenance budget forecasting quality assurance programs hospitality law long-range planning Effective verbal written communication skills Ability adapt style suit different audiences effectively communicating supervisors coworkers public etc
- Manage daily activities staff members.
- Interview hire train develop recommend performance evaluations resolve problems recommend discipline termination when appropriate staff members retain motivate associates within various outlets.
