    We are seeking a detail-oriented

    Regulatory & Compliance Manager

    to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards within our hospice and home care organization.

    The Regulatory & Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programs and initiatives to safeguard our organization's integrity and reputation.

    By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities include

    (but are not limited to):


    Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations governing hospice and home care services.

    Conduct and oversee regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential areas of risk and non-compliance.

    Collaborate with departmental leaders to address compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.

    Provide training and education to staff members on compliance policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

    Monitor changes in healthcare laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

    Investigate and respond to compliance concerns, allegations, or violations, and implement appropriate disciplinary actions if necessary.

    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities and investigations.

    Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies during audits, inspections, and inquiries.

    Keep senior management informed of compliance status, risks, and emerging trends.


    Education/Experience :
    Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, and/or quality improvement strongly preferred, preferably in hospice and home care settings.


    Pay Range:
    $120K - $150K annually
