- Facilitate detailed financial forecasts and strategic plans across Marketing, Finance, and Selling by incorporating historic, trended and current business information.
- Lead and develop direct reports.
- Present forecasts and other ad hoc information to a variety of audiences.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance.
- Perform financial analysis, as directed by management, and recommend alternatives courses of action by utilizing appropriate financial tools.
- Utilize data to identify risks and opportunities to the business revenue forecast
- Assist in month end close as needed to ensure proper accounting.
- Lead ad hoc projects to improve forecast accuracy or support other topics of importance to the division or corporate.
- Manage overall headcount reporting for the division.
- Support Franchise leadership teams with monthly/quarterly financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- 6+ years' progressive experience in similar Finance role.
- Excellent computer skills (financial modeling, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau and preferably SAP, Hyperion).
- Prior experience managing direct reports.
- MBA or CPA a plus.
- Strong financial analysis, communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adhere to tight deadlines, attention to detail.
- Must have highly developed customer relationship skills with strong service orientation.
- Holds self-accountable to a performance metric culture building performance excellence.
- Self-starter mentality with a focus on continuous improvement.

About the role:
Boston Scientific is seeking a Finance Manager with an analytical mindset to support our marketing and commercial teams within the Endoscopy division. The Finance Manager will be a key business partner focused on SG&A and enabling continued global growth.
The Finance Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to prepare forecasts, report results, and develop strategic plans.
