Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking Industrial Engineers to support operations in North Charleston, SC.
The selected candidates will join one of our specialized teams:
Aft, Mid-Body, Final Assembly, Emergent Operations, Fabrication, or Delivery Center. Our Teams are currently hiring for a range of experience levels including Associate, Mid-Level, or Senior Industrial Engineers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, analyzes, tests, evaluates and implements processes and technology insertions by applying industrial engineering techniques and concepts to optimize production system design, operational efficiency and after-market services.
Monitors performance, supports production and systems to meet operational and functional requirements. Translates engineering, systems, and mathematical concepts to practical applications throughout the product life cycle. Researches emerging technologies and develops industrial engineering tools and processes. Ensures compliance with established industry safety, design standards and ergonomic guidelines.Work Authorization Statement:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.2 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment.2 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.2 or more years of experience working in a team environment.3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience2 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles.
