    Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

    • Valid Physical Therapy License
    • Accepting New Graduates
      • Ability to positively engage with patients and staff
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Must be able to travel within different areas of the Bay Area including San Francisco and San Mateo County
    • Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance

    Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

    • Patient Assessment & Care Development: Perform detailed assessments of patients, develop customized care plans, and align them with patient needs and goals.
    • Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA): Provide direct supervision to PTA, offer support, and ensure adherence to the care plan.
    • In-Home Therapy Interventions: Deliver skilled therapy treatments in a home setting, monitor patient progress, educate patients and caregivers, and prepare for discharge.
    • Clinical Documentation: Complete necessary documentation within set timelines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to professional standards.
    • Care Coordination & Conferences: Participate in care conferences with healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
    • Quality Improvement Participation: Engage in quality improvement initiatives, adhere to best practices, and stay updated on therapy trends.
    • Additional Responsibilities: Perform related duties such as liaising with healthcare providers, participating in community programs, and assisting with administrative tasks.

    Qualification Requirements:

    The individual must hold state licensure as a physical therapist and demonstrate the ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.

    Pay: $65.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 4 – 32 per week
