Job Description A growing hospital located in Fairbanks, AK is currently seeking to add a Registered Nurse - NICU to join their team full-timeCheck out the details below:

Title: Registered Nurse - NICU

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: NICU

Location: Fairbanks, AK

Schedule: Night Sift, 3 – 12 hour shifts per week plus 1-2 Scheduled on call shifts per 8 week schedule

Pay: Competitive pay based on experience, plus full benefits package

The Registered Nurse - NICU duties to include but not be limited to:

Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
Formulates a plan of care, including the discharge plan, utilizing assessment data and patient, family and health team input
Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the activities of the health care team
Documents assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record
In some roles, this position may supervise staff and work flow of the department

REQUIREMENTS:

Certs.

BLS, NRP, STABLE

Prefer NICU experience of over 1 year, but will look at all applicants with inpatient nursing experience
COVID Vaccine is required
