Main Responsibilities:

Manage comprehensive diversity and inclusion solutions, addressing core needs and opportunities.
Lead major projects with a significant business impact, collaborating across teams and organizations.
Influence strategic direction and develop plans to achieve diversity and inclusion outcomes.
Provide expertise and guidance in diversity and inclusion matters.
Support global initiatives and projects.

Key Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent project management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and errors in data.
Demonstrated leadership and passion for Diversity & Inclusion.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence strategic direction.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Employee Network leadership or Diversity and Inclusion roles.
Event planning and public speaking experience.
Knowledge of Agile framework and virtual meeting platforms.
Global D&I or Volunteer Award recipient.

Skills:

Influence, Presentation Skills, Strategic Thinking, Project Management, Collaboration, Analytical Thinking, Innovative Thinking, among others.
