    Job Overview


    The successful candidate will provide patient care and medical services to neurosurgical patients in an outpatient setting, as well as support care of the neurosurgical patient in operating rooms, emergency departments, and inpatient units.


    Responsibilities:


    • Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations, interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
    • Patient evaluation, correlation of subjective data with objective findings including history taking
    • Treatment planning for conditions within scope of practice under direction from supervising neurosurgeon



       

      Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Requirements / Background: MSN degree or higher Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license by Commonwealth of Massachusetts DEA registration (required if prescribing)/hr/
