Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking a General Labor for a commercial wood flooring company located in the city of Orange, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:00am-1:30pm with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Requirements of a General Labor:

• Must have great attendance
• Must have attention to detail
• Must have loading and unloading experience of raw material.
• Ability to work fast pace and lift up to 50lbs.
• Prior experience in carpentry, construction, and or wood work a plus

Responsibilities of a General Labor:

• Supporting the Bandsaw, Press, and Grading departments ensuring no lag time in production.
• Moving panels from pallet to infeed of machine
• Transfer material from machine to machine
• Off-loading and palletizing and packing of materials for shipping.
• Packing materials to best fit pallets
• Count units of materials and report to supervisor how many units packed
• Tally units completed
