Job summary
We are seeking an Lead AV Technician to work at the The Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, CA.This role involves setting up meetings and conferences, consistently keeping track of inventory, operating AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications, determining equipment shortages while preparing equipment order and offering substitutions,
and maintaining contact with clients to ensure scheduled meetings go smoothly.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience as an audio-visual technician,
must be able to work with little supervision,
strong customer service and overall communication skills
You can lift at least 50 pounds on your own,

Passing a background check and drug screen does not worry you
