- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in recruitment and employment law.
- Complete other special duties and tasks as assigned by management.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Three years of human resource management experience is preferred.
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus.

The newly created Recruiter position will run the daily functions of the Recruiting process, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The Recruiter will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions within all facets of recruitment for the different levels of positions within the organization. The Recruiter will also review current practices and recommend creative strategies to foster the organization's diversity goals.
