    Position: Recruiter

    Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

    Location: Denver

    Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60,000-$65,000 per year + generous benefits including 401k matching, 100% employer-paid premiums for health, dental, vision; paid vacation, holiday pay, and paid parental leave

    The newly created Recruiter position will run the daily functions of the Recruiting process, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The Recruiter will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions within all facets of recruitment for the different levels of positions within the organization. The Recruiter will also review current practices and recommend creative strategies to foster the organization's diversity goals.

    Schedule / Hours

    • 40 hrs/wk, flexible with some nights and weekends may be needed
    • Additional time will be spent in organizational meetings, meeting with external partners and coalitions,
    Responsibilities
    • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
    • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
    • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
    • Use innovative recruiting methods to ensure a diverse workforce.
    • Set and meet diversity hiring goals.
    • Manages job posting and advertising processes.
    • Ascertain connections within the community to
    • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
    • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
    • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
    • Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in recruitment and employment law.
    Other Responsibilities
    • Complete other special duties and tasks as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Three years of human resource management experience is preferred.
    • Additional HR training or experience is a plus.

    Salary Description
