Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday from 8:00am – 4:30pm. Will be part of the region-based rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.

Locations: Village at Main Street Apartments (464 units SW Town Center Loop West Suite #100, Wilsonville, OR 97070

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Reports to: Property Manager

Compensation Package:

Competitive hourly pay range of $ DOE
Monthly phone allowance of $50.00

Administrative:

Comply with all Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
Comply with appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
Comply with OSHA safety regulations
Attend training and development seminars
Communicate daily with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and perform tasks as requested

Asset Preservation:

Ensure the building is in accordance with all applicable building codes, ordinances, pool safety, fire codes, and emergency evacuation regulations
Perform regularly scheduled inspections of all common areas, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and pools/hot tubs (if applicable)
Ensure preventative repairs are done on a regular basis
