Oversee the activity of the quality assurance deliverablesDevelop, implement and maintain a system of quality and reliability testingProvides development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and theimplementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of thecontract.

Provides an independent assessment of how the project's softwaredevelopment process is being implemented relative to the defined process andrecommends methods to optimize the organization's process.

May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance andcompliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Conducts Quality Assurance audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.

Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in asystem development environment which supports large databases andapplicationsRequired Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to monitor the production of aproduct or service in order to maintain a desired level of quality.

Demonstrated knowledge of quality management system standards established by theInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standard published by the ISO.Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to ensure that materials,components, or products meet expected standards or compliance requirements.
