- Assemble, set up, adjust and/or repair all types of construction equipment and parts
- Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment to diagnose defects
- Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints and technical drawings

- Fit bearings to adjust, repair or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Adjust and maintain industrial machinery using control and regulating devices
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles

- Must be 21 years or older and have a valid CDL license

- 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance

JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent will be responsible to diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment; such as, bulldozers, graders and conveyors used in heavy highway and bridge construction.
The incumbent will need to operate in a safe and efficient manner following all personal protective equipment (PPE) and process requirements.
