Job summary

The Administrative Assistant will primarily function as support for the Electrical Service departments functions and initiatives.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of administrative duties in addition to supporting any interdepartmental functions andor special projects
  • Create letterhead invoices for simple contract jobs
  • Monitor accounts receivable and manage the collection process
  • Create AIA invoices for long term contract jobs
