LUX Los Angeles LLC (LUX LA) is a multi-brand wholesale clothing company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has great communication skills, is highly organized, and can work in a fast-paced team environment, shifting priorities, as needed. The candidate must be able to deliver superior results with the team, work with other departments, and oversee orders & shipment to ensure the accuracy of goods entering and leaving the facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments to deliver customer goods in a timely manner
• Arranging & securing transportation for deliveries, or shipments to our team in MX and locally.
• Preparing paperwork & shipping stickers for shipments using (Excel, UPS, FEDex, Shopify, etc)
• Maintaining an organized warehouse (knowing where garments are by creating a footprint of the shipments)
• Managing the warehouse team in LA and in MX
• Overseeing the receipt of goods (verifying the PL, BOL, and inputting data entry docs into the systems)
• Report any issues in hand and weekly reports on factory performance.

Qualifications

• Must have clothing shipping experience (1-2 years relevant experience)
• Be able to communicate with our team in Mx (google translator/ be bilingual)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and has a sense of urgency to complete all tasks and meet all deadlines
• Highly organized, efficient, proactive, communicative, professional, and strong attention to detail with great follow-up skills (is a must)
• Positive self-starter attitude and feels there is no task too small and no task too large
• Have excellent communication skills working alongside a collective team
• Willingness to travel Internationally
