The Candidate Sourcing Specialist is part of a global team responsible for full life-cycle talent acquisition activities including sourcing screening talent pipeline development selection process interviewing presenting qualified short list candidates extending offers and on-boarding successful candidates to Client Client The Candidate Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing diverse slate qualified candidates open positions executing candidate engagement activities result dynamic candidate hiring manager experiences Execute sourcing screening engagement strategies identify qualified candidates through various sourcing channels Provide diverse slate qualified candidates open positions making initial contact potential candidates completing pre-screening activities Develop maintain network contacts help identify qualified diverse talented candidates Stay abreast trends innovative recruiting techniques order competitive state-of-the-art recruiting practices Maintain external focus current market knowledge competitor trends Build maintain strong candidate relationships superior candidate experiences Utilize Clients Employer Brand effectively build relationships external candidates market opportunities within Client Execute full life-cycle recruiting process including sourcing interviewing presenting negotiating offers Partner Liaison Managers understand requirements each specific position Partner Total Rewards team understand compensation structure develop offers line that structure Responsible data integrity Applicant Tracking System other sourcing systemsJob description
