Description

The Finance Manager position is responsible for the strategic direction, planning and management of the financial operations of the City.

This position performs highly technical accounting work in the areas of internal controls, financial reporting and budgeting.

The Finance Manager manages the City's accounts payable / accounts receivable and cash balancing functions; payroll reporting, , cash management, debt programs and grant programs and activities.

This position also assists and advises the City Administrator regarding fund investments, the development of annual budgets and the generation of various reports for review by the City Council.
