Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing provider, is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech Therapistto join a reputable school district in Port Hueneme, California. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Valid license or eligibility for licensure in California as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred for experienced candidates; CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
