    Change Management Coordinator Job Description
    Bader Scott Injury Lawyers (BSIL) is Atlanta's fastest growing law firm.

    A successful Change Management Coordinator uses independent judgment and looks at the larger picture to manage firmwide initiatives that help achieve long-term goals.


    Responsibilities and Expectations:
    Develop BSIL methodology for supporting the people specific aspect of Change Management that align with BSIL's strategic priorities.
    Assess BSIL's readiness for change and identify potential challenges.
    Develop mitigation plans to address resistance and obstacles to change.
    Collaborate with senior leadership and/or the executive team to ensure that change management
    initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy and vision.
    Utilize different methodologies to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and
    implement streamlined solutions that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
    Support the creation and execution of a project or program specific communication plan to keep
    employees, stakeholders, and relevant parties informed about changes.
    Engage with teammates at all levels to build buy-in and support for change initiatives.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement within the change management function.
    Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into the change management process.
    Develop and execute change management strategies that incorporate best practices to support
    Teammate engagement, communication, and adaptation to change.
    Work closely with the BSIL Recruiting team as well as the Learning & Development manager to
    develop training programs, workshops, and resources that aid in the adoption of new processes,
    technologies, and cultural shifts.
    Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring alignment and
    transparent communication throughout the transformation journey.
    Employ data-driven insights and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives
    and make real-time adjustments as needed.
    Provide mentorship and guidance to teams involved in change projects, fostering a culture of
    continuous improvement and innovation.

    Required Knowledge, Interpersonal Skills, Abilities:
    Must embrace and exemplify the core vision and values of BSIL.
    Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with
    stakeholders at all levels.
    Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and anticipate challenges, providing innovative
    solutions.
    Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as MS
    Project
    Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
    Ability to effectively influence peers and other stakeholders without direct reporting relationships.

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field or equivalent work experience.
    Change Management Professional (CMP) or Prosci certification is a plus.
