JURISolutions Legal (JSL) is collaborating with a Pennsylvania law firm to find several Complex Contracts Review Attorneys for a temporary/remote project. This position requires an active and clear bar membership in the location where you will be working.

Job Role: Data Breach Contracts Reviewer
Location: Remote
PQE: 1-3 years
Duration: TBD - up to 6 weeks or longer
Start Date: TBD
Rate: $40/hr

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Review high volumes of complex litigation documents with the highest productivity and accuracy
• Review and update data privacy documents
• Review insurance policies and related documents
• Analyze key contract terms and draft narrative summaries of specific provisions or update new terms
• Utilize e-Discovery software for efficient review of documents
• Identify key information and effectively communicate findings to the associates and staff attorneys

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Must have contract review & editing experience
• Bar membership in the current state that you reside or where you will be working (active and in good standing)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform well under stringent deadline pressure.
