Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OBGYN to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to our patients.
In this role, you will play a vital part in our healthcare team, delivering high-quality services while adhering to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
# Provide obstetric and gynecological care to patients, including prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, family planning, and gynecological surgeries.
# Perform routine screenings, diagnostic tests, and procedures as needed to assess and manage women's health issues.
# Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that meet the individual needs of patients, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
# Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including midwives, nurses, and specialists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients.
# Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
# Participate in on-call coverage schedule, providing timely and effective care to patients during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
# Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and continuing medical education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
# Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, ensuring completeness and compliance with medical records standards.
Qualifications:
# Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
# Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
# Valid medical license and DEA registration.
# Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience practicing as an OBGYN.
# Strong clinical skills and proficiency in obstetric and gynecological procedures.
# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
# Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting women's health.
# Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

~$500 call coverage per 24-hour shift after the 7th completed shift
